• Hair products, wigs, skincare, and makeup are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.

How to Request a Return:

3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is damaged or incorrect.

 

Exchanges:
